Teaching Artist
Ace Meyer (they/them) was raised in the rural farmlands of Northern California, and they are thrilled to be branching out and joining the Treasure Trunk team this summer. Ace is pursuing a Legal Studies degree with a Theater Arts minor at the University of California Santa Cruz. They have worked with community theater for the past decade, directing and acting in many community-supported plays. With one foot planted in imagination at all times, Ace believes in active engagement and immersive play. Theater was where Ace found their confidence as a child and they are so excited to foster that experience for the Treasure Trunk kiddos! When they have the time, Ace’s hobbies include lots of reading, enjoying nature, wrestling their dogs, and collage art.
