Teaching Artist
Heaven Lei Lucas is a Wisconsin native turned New York-based actress, dancer, choreographer, and teaching artist. Like the outstanding students of Treasure Trunk, Heaven found her love for performing early. She graduated with her BFA in Drama and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Heaven’s past credits include Heathers, The Taming of the Shrew (Shakespeare in the Square), The Laramie Project, Fuenteovejuna (Lee Strasberg), in lucem (TISCH DRAMA STAGE), and Hamlet (The Flea). Additionally, she has starred in major commercials and produced, directed, and performed in multiple short films. Fostering her love for the arts and mentoring young people, Heaven began her teaching artist career in 2019 and has worked with students from ages 3-18 with The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, First Stage, TADA!
