Teaching Artist
Shelby O’Brien is a theatre artist from Tampa, Florida, currently based in New York City. She earned her BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University where she went on to receive her Master’s degree in Arts Administration. Shelby has taught musical theatre and acting classes with organizations including the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Drama Kids, and more! Recent performance credits include, “Impossible but True,” with Brooklyn Tavern Theatre and Bonhoeffer: Last Days (Off-Broadway). With a deep passion for performance and theatre education, Shelby is thrilled to be part of the Treasure Trunk team!
