Layla Clarke (she/they) is so excited to be apart of the Treasure Trunk Theatre team! She is originally from New Jersey, but moved to NYC in 2022 to pursue a B.F.A in Musical Theater from The New School/AMDA. Her passion for performing begin in the theater programs she used to be apart of as a kid, and since then, has gone on to be a company member of Paper Mill Playhouse’s “Children’s Theater on Tour” and, most recently, Warner Bros & Rail Event Productions “The Polar Express Train Ride.” Performance experiences such as these have fostered her love for children’s theater. Prior to that, Layla has been working consistently in the childcare field since she was 13 years old. She is so grateful to have this opportunity to combine these two passions of hers (theater & teaching) here at Treasure Trunk!
