Teaching Artist
Kat Fosmoen is an actress and singer currently based in NYC and Chicago who is so excited to continue her teaching journey here at Treasure Trunk Theatre! She just got back from doing a semester of physical theatre at Accademia dell’Arte and is going into senior year at Fordham University as a Theatre Performance major. She has been working with kids for 5 years, first as a swim instructor and then as a theater teacher at the Adler Arts Center. Last summer she helped direct a Mash-Up Musical for her kids and she can’t wait to see what this summer’s storytellers create. When she is not teaching, Kat will either be auditioning across the city, working on original pieces, or reading with friends in Central Park. She wants to make sure every kid has the opportunity to reach their full creative potential and has SO much fun!
